We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team for an exciting role at the BOK Center in Downtown Tulsa. This opportunity involves a mix of in-store and event-based work where you will prepare, bake, and decorate cookies in the store as well as sell them at various events held at the BOK Center, such as hockey games, arena football games, concerts, charity events, and more. The position is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoy interacting with crowds, music, and creating memorable customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include following precise recipes to measure ingredients, mixing dough bases and frostings, decorating and packaging the finished cookies while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for transporting products to and from events, running the sales kiosk during events—engaging customers through greeting, answering questions, taking orders, processing payments, and delivering exceptional service. This role demands excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills in English, and a willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and extended shifts. Crumbl Cookies offers competitive pay starting at $8 per hour with tips averaging an additional $3 to $4 per hour, and total pay up to $12 per hour.
