Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High school graduate or some college education
- Previous supervisor experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen or cook role
- Capability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food menu and quality standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle interruptions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well with a team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees the daily receiving, storage, and preparation of all food products
- Records all waste food product on tracking sheet
- Conducts nightly protein count
- Assists Chef in counting weekly inventory
- Ensures all food products meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality
- Ensures timing standards are met during production
- Inspects and approves dishes before they are sent to guest tables
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations including food temperatures, sanitation levels, and proper storage
- Cooks when needed to support business flow
- Defers business decisions affecting financials to Manager on duty
- Completes opening and/or closing duties as assigned
- Follows maintenance program and cleaning schedule
- Notifies management of pertinent shift activity information
