Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning duties in guest areas and the back of the house
Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
Maintain and uphold housekeeping departmental standards
Respond promptly to guests' special requests for items like cribs and extra towels
Manage inventory of supplies
Report maintenance issues promptly
Follow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide optimal service to guests
Cross-train in laundry and breakfast departments
Perform additional duties as required
