Job Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning duties in guest areas and the back of the house
  • Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
  • Maintain and uphold housekeeping departmental standards
  • Respond promptly to guests' special requests for items like cribs and extra towels
  • Manage inventory of supplies
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide optimal service to guests
  • Cross-train in laundry and breakfast departments
  • Perform additional duties as required
