Job Description
This Concierge Practice located in Tucson, Arizona, offers a unique healthcare experience rooted in patient-centered care and personalized attention. Tucson itself is a vibrant and culturally rich city renowned for its affordable living, diverse neighborhoods, and stunning natural desert and mountain landscapes. Known as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, Tucson's nationally recognized culinary scene complements its rich artistic heritage and active outdoor lifestyle. Home to the University of Arizona, the city fosters an intellectually engaging and forward-thinking environment. The community is family-friendly, community-oriented, and deeply multicultural, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
The practice is a well-established, physician-led independent medical group dedicated to providing comprehensive outpatient care through a concierge model. This approach emphasizes meaningful physician-patient relationships, allowing extended appointment times that foster trust, continuity, and proactive preventive health strategies. Physicians are directly accessible and provide 24/7 availability for their patients, creating an unparalleled level of service and commitment. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, personalized care, and desires a long-term professional commitment with potential for future ownership within the practice.
The Concierge Physician will care for a panel of approximately 500-600 patients, delivering relationship-driven care that goes beyond symptom management to holistically improve long-term wellness. The schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, with full days focused on in-depth patient interactions including 30-minute visits and extended comprehensive physical examinations lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. The patient volume averages 8-12 patients per day, allowing for attentive and personalized care. Compensation includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, alongside the opportunity for an ownership track for interested candidates. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a supportive practice environment that champions high-quality, patient-focused internal medicine within a culturally vibrant community.
