Job Requirements

Medical degree (MD) from accredited institution
board certification in internal medicine
eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Arizona
minimum of residency completion in internal medicine
strong interpersonal and communication skills
demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care
willingness to work the specified schedule
commitment to 100% outpatient practice

Job Qualifications

Board certified in internal medicine (MD)
graduate of a U.S.-based medical training program
eligible for or able to obtain and maintain medical licensure in the State of Arizona
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care

Job Duties

Provide 100% outpatient care
deliver relationship-driven care that fosters trust, continuity, and improved health outcomes
demonstrate a strong commitment to preventive medicine and long-term patient wellness
maintain a patient-first philosophy, dedicating time and attention beyond symptom management to comprehensive care
participate in scheduling and patient visit planning to accommodate extended appointment times
be available for direct physician accessibility including 24/7 member availability
conduct comprehensive physical examinations and manage routine follow-ups
