Job Requirements

  • Possess a valid health card or food handler certification
  • Hold a TAM card or alcohol awareness certification for front of house positions
  • Obtain sheriff card or non-gaming license for bartenders and managers
  • Demonstrate advanced service skills in fine dining
  • Exhibit poise and charisma
  • Display strong attention to detail
  • Be available for scheduled job fair dates for interviews

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in fine dining environment
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage service
