The position available is for a BMW Service Valet, a vital role that serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service department. This role involves assisting customers with their automotive service needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their visit. The BMW Service Valet is responsible for driving both customer and dealership vehicles around the lot to different departments, cleaning and detailing vehicles to maintain high presentation standards, and filling vehicles with the appropriate fuel. Providing friendly, warm greetings to customers when they are present is also a key part of the role, helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, the valet is tasked with inspecting vehicles to ensure they are service-ready and presentable before returning them to customers. The role requires a dependable individual with excellent multitasking skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and capable of contributing as a valuable team member.
