Job Duties
- Schedules vehicle service appointments for customers
- Answers incoming calls and internet leads
- Advises appropriate services needed for clients car
- Maintains detailed notes on customer interactions
- Provides and ensures exceptional customer service
- Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership
- Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person
- Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Service Manager
- Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions
- Assists Service Advisors as needed with tasks
- Performs other related duties consistent with the role
