Job Duties

  • Schedules vehicle service appointments for customers
  • Answers incoming calls and internet leads
  • Advises appropriate services needed for clients car
  • Maintains detailed notes on customer interactions
  • Provides and ensures exceptional customer service
  • Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership
  • Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person
  • Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Service Manager
  • Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions
  • Assists Service Advisors as needed with tasks
  • Performs other related duties consistent with the role
