Job Description
Frank Productions, LLC is a well-established and respected concert promotion company with a rich history dating back to 1964 when it was founded in Madison, WI. Starting as a family-run full-service concert promotion company, Frank Productions has grown to become one of the largest concert promoters in the United States. The company's unique business model focuses on helping artists achieve their goals rather than merely selling tickets, fostering strong relationships at all stages of an artist's career. Through decades of success, Frank Productions has promoted iconic artists such as Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, and Bruce Springsteen, a testament to its influential role in the music industry.
Currently operating as a joint-venture partner with Live Nation, Frank Productions continues its legacy by offering comprehensive event management services through its brands FPC Live and National Shows 2. These entities focus on supporting artists at every career level and are involved in every aspect of concert promotion and event organization. The company commits to fostering an inclusive and welcoming work environment, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion at its core values. Located in Columbia, MO, the company is actively seeking part-time Runners to support operations at The Blue Note and Rose Music Hall venues.
The Runner position at Frank Productions is integral to ensuring smooth backstage operations and a positive experience for artists, crews, and patrons. This role requires an individual who is proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently while also functioning well within a team environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for both staff and patrons, assisting the production team by fulfilling specific needs and requests from artists and crew, purchasing and delivering supplies from local vendors, and managing cash and receipts accurately throughout the day. Additionally, the Runner helps keep backstage areas clean and organized including the green room, ensuring a professional atmosphere is maintained.
