The seasonal Server position at Truist Park offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment during the baseball season, which typically runs from March through October, with potential extensions during the playoff schedule. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing roles and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing menus, communicating daily specials, and taking orders for food and beverages. This is a tipped position with an hourly base pay of $5.00 per hour, exclusive of tips, reflecting the opportunity to earn additional income through exemplary service. The Server will also handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and integrity, ensure responsible alcohol service, and collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant staff to maintain an efficient dining operation.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and the capability to navigate stairs. Shifts vary to accommodate game days, including evenings, holidays, weekends, and special events, with options for 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
