Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with seasonal temperatures
- flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods, walk the manufacturing floor, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
- hands-on Microsoft Excel experience
- manufacturing experience
- ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
- understanding of laboratory environment and laboratory practices preferred
- basic math, analytical and problem-solving skills
- familiar with High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) technology preferred
- basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques
- ability to multitask
- basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Execute the delivery of the daily blend requirements according to production schedules
- manufacture syrup batches from raw materials including water, sugar, and concentrate
- ensure adherence to company quality assurance specification requirements
- maintain blending and syrup tank sanitation requirements to ensure quality and sanitation standards
- carry out receipt of concentrate and sugar shipments in the inventory management system
- maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- maintain testing, sanitation, and equipment calibration records and input concentrate and sugar receipts through data entry into the Lab Data Management System
