The role available is for a Blending Technician, a key position within the production team. The Blending Technician is responsible for executing the daily blend requirements as per production schedules by manufacturing syrup batches using raw materials such as water, sugar, and concentrate. This process strictly adheres to the company's quality assurance specifications to ensure product consistency and safety. The blending technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the sanitation and calibration of blending and product transfer equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and sanitation standards across the system.

In addition, the Blending Technician handles the receipt of concentrate and sugar shipments by managing purchase orders through the inventory system, supports lab equipment calibration to maintain measurement accuracy, and ensures accurate record-keeping through data entry into the Lab Data Management System. This role demands attention to detail, adherence to standard operating procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

This position offers an hourly pay range of $30.29 to $32.62 depending on experience and follows a 3:00 pm to 3:00 am schedule with a 2, 2, 3, 3 rotation. The environment is dynamic, with noise, wet conditions, and extreme temperatures, requiring physical endurance such as standing for extended periods, walking on the manufacturing floor, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
