Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with seasonal temperatures
flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods, walk the manufacturing floor, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience
hands-on Microsoft Excel experience
manufacturing experience
ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
understanding of laboratory environment and laboratory practices preferred
basic math, analytical and problem-solving skills
familiar with High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) technology preferred
basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques
ability to multitask
basic computer skills

Job Duties

Execute the delivery of the daily blend requirements according to production schedules
manufacture syrup batches from raw materials including water, sugar, and concentrate
ensure adherence to company quality assurance specification requirements
maintain blending and syrup tank sanitation requirements to ensure quality and sanitation standards
carry out receipt of concentrate and sugar shipments in the inventory management system
maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
maintain testing, sanitation, and equipment calibration records and input concentrate and sugar receipts through data entry into the Lab Data Management System
