Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in blending or mixing operations
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret production instructions and batch sheets
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required

- Experience working with automated blending systems and computerized control panels

- Knowledge of chemical handling and storage procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor blending equipment to ensure accurate mixing of raw materials according to batch specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of blending machinery to prevent downtime and ensure operational safety
- Record and report production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures
- Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to verify product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety regulations
