The company is seeking a Blending II - Blending/Mixing Operator to join their team in Auburndale, United States. This role is integral to the overall operation of the plant and involves performing various tasks to convert raw materials into finished beverage products. The Blending/Mixing Operator will be responsible for setting up equipment, conducting batching activities, cleaning production areas, and running multiple pieces of blending equipment such as high shear tanks, fluid choppers, tote loaders, and conveyor lines. The role demands prior production or blending experience and a sharp attention to detail, ensuring the highest product quality and compliance with safety and operational standards.

This position offers a salaried range between $54,101 and $66,123 annually, with the full benefits package starting from day one of employment. The employment type is full-time, with shifts typically lasting 12 hours including unpaid lunches, and may involve overtime as necessary. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. As a Blending/Mixing Operator at Coca-Cola, you will play a vital role in maintaining quality assurance by visually inspecting incoming materials and finished goods, identifying and correcting non-conformances, and meticulously completing required documentation. The operator will also adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols and operate forklifts after certification.
