Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred
- Knowledge of flare bartending skills and the basic functions of beverage operations
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff

Job Duties
- Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks including food orders where applicable
- Adhere to the proper par stock ordering procedures
- Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the lounge area
- Monitor and maintain the floor sections and lounge area
- Perform other related duties as assigned
