Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide friendly interaction with guests
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform manual tasks
- Ability to read and comprehend short correspondence and policy documents
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with company cash handling policies
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintain consistent attention to the restaurant entrance and welcome guests with a smile and proper greeting
- Record customer reservations or seating times consistently to provide high-quality service
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Set up and maintain the dining room areas before service
- Assist in maintaining sufficient stock of roll-up silverware for the incoming shift
- Seat guests and advise them on menus and beverage choices based on in-depth knowledge
- Oversee delivery and servicing of food and beverages
- Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff to ensure guest experience meets company standards
- Perform cashier and/or bus person duties as required including cashing out guest checks
- Understand and follow cash handling policies and maintain proper security of cash
- Patrol assigned stations, refill water and coffee, and remove service items and condiments per procedure
- Perform other team duties during downtime such as rolling silverware, expediting food orders, washing dishes, preparing food for to-go areas, and cleaning table condiments
