Job Requirements

Standing for long periods of time or entire shift
professional appearance and clean uniform
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is a big plus
ability to engage easily and actively connect with others
professional demeanor with a warm and welcoming personality
genuine caring and compassionate attitude
clear and professional language skills
able to perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Job Duties

Welcome guests with genuine care
deliver highly attentive service
engage in polite conversation as time allows
be fully informed of the Bistro menu
prepare the food for the same day as well as upcoming days
set up Bistro for the shift you are working (AM/PM)
look over inventory and communicate orders with primary manager
cook food
serve food and drinks
set up and maintain cleanliness of Bistro and kitchen
process all payment methods
follow the company policies for dropping cash, open and closing the cashier
clean up after your shift and prepare for the next shift
maintain clean safe environment both in Bistro and in kitchen
ensure the Bistro and its equipment are clean and fully functional
occasionally diffuse difficult situations
comply with all liquor laws
