Job Requirements

  • Standing for long periods of time or entire shift
  • professional appearance and clean uniform
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience is a big plus
  • ability to engage easily and actively connect with others
  • professional demeanor with a warm and welcoming personality
  • genuine caring and compassionate attitude
  • clear and professional language skills
  • able to perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with genuine care
  • deliver highly attentive service
  • engage in polite conversation as time allows
  • be fully informed of the Bistro menu
  • prepare the food for the same day as well as upcoming days
  • set up Bistro for the shift you are working (AM/PM)
  • look over inventory and communicate orders with primary manager
  • cook food
  • serve food and drinks
  • set up and maintain cleanliness of Bistro and kitchen
  • process all payment methods
  • follow the company policies for dropping cash, open and closing the cashier
  • clean up after your shift and prepare for the next shift
  • maintain clean safe environment both in Bistro and in kitchen
  • ensure the Bistro and its equipment are clean and fully functional
  • occasionally diffuse difficult situations
  • comply with all liquor laws
