Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations by managing a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards
- manage inventory and ordering to ensure the bistro is well-stocked and prepared for busy periods
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas
- ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience and that the bistro runs smoothly and efficiently
- work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and maintain physical stamina including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
