Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to handle cash accurately
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Basic computer literacy
Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

Experience in serving and bartending
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Ability to work varied hours including weekends
Personable with a friendly and professional demeanor
High sense of responsibility and integrity

Job Duties

Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
Carefully monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Engage with and understand guests through clear and pleasant communication
Handle cash and computer-based transactions accurately
