Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Accurately take, enter, prepare and deliver guest orders according to standards
- Respond to guest needs and provide high quality service
- Operate Micros POS system and cash register following cash handling procedures
- Answer questions about menu items, specials, and prices
- Up-sell food and beverage items to maximize revenue
- Monitor and replenish stock of prepared menu items
- Prepare food timely and operate Turbo Chef
- Brew coffee and prepare drinks according to recipes
- Assist bartender with alcohol service following local laws
- Dispose of garbage and pick up trays
- Clear and wipe tables and counters
- Assist with dishwashing as needed
- Complete required paperwork accurately and timely
- Assist with inventory and complete inventory par sheets
- Maintain clean and safe work area adhering to regulations
- Follow emergency procedures
- Plan, organize and prioritize work duties
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- Attend required meetings
- Complete side work and assist team
- Set up, maintain, and take down banquet areas
- Provide food and beverage service for events
