Bistro Server (AM)

Ellington Park Bistro is currently seeking a Bistro Server to serve food and/or beverages to guests in a courteous and friendly manner, following established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. The role offers growth opportunities to progress as a Banquet Server/Captain, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Banquet Manager. Responsibilities include setting up necessary supplies, taking orders, communicating meal requirements to the kitchen, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The work environment involves variable schedules, holiday and weekend shifts, and physical tasks like standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
