The Server role at Life Time is designed for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. Servers at Life Time play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring dining areas maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization. This position is based at the pool deck area, where servers engage directly with members, answer questions about menu items, and make personalized recommendations to elevate the dining experience. Candidates will gain valuable experience working within a fast casual or full-service setting and will be part of a friendly, energetic team that values collaboration and dedication. The Server is expected to have strong communication skills and the stamina to work on their feet for extended periods, along with the ability to lift more than 20 pounds routinely. Certifications such as ServSafe and CPR/AED are required to maintain safety and hygiene standards in the workplace.
