The Server role at Life Time, specifically within the LifeCafe and/or Bistro settings, is pivotal in providing outstanding customer service and enhancing member satisfaction. Serving as the front-line ambassador, the Server is responsible for efficiently taking and delivering accurate food and drink orders while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area. The position demands a thorough knowledge of the menu and the ability to answer member questions with confidence and clarity, also offering additional recommendations to enhance the dining experience. This is an hourly position with wages ranging from $17.25 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Servers play a key role in upholding Life Time's high standards of service and hospitality by ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all members and guests.
