Job Requirements

  • Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers
  • ability to communicate and work effectively with team members
  • positive attitude when working with customers
  • knowledge of employment and food handling procedures
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • must be able to multi-task
  • lifting up to 20 lbs on a daily basis
  • ability to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in food service or cashier role is a plus

Job Duties

  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards
  • count till at beginning and end of shift
  • verify transaction accuracy and till balances
  • maintain store appearance by keeping everything neat and clean
  • stock inventory including groceries, fountain, and coffee areas
  • operate espresso machine according to procedures
  • maintain clean and sanitary work area
  • set up stations per restaurant guidelines
  • prepare food items in sanitary and timely manner
  • follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • assist in cleaning, sanitization, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
  • perform other duties as directed by management
