The Front of House (FOH) Service Manager position at Bistro Byronz Willow Grove is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's front of house. This role represents the face of the restaurant to its guests and ensures that each dining experience meets the high standards of the Byronz brand. The FOH Service Manager will lead the front of house team by motivating staff, managing schedules, and maintaining smooth workflow during service hours. This individual will also handle employee training, manage bar and liquor by the window (LBW) orders, and control FOH labor and LBW costs to support the restaurant's operational efficiency.
