- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days and nights
- Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
- Providing excellent food and beverage service
- Obtaining and utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus
- Obtaining and utilizing comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine, classic cocktails and bartending methodology
- Executing guests orders and requests accurately and timely
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed
- Providing great customer service
