Job Requirements

Previous Courtyard Bistro experience or similar food outlet experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent require
Friendly, outgoing, customer service-oriented personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Problem solving and decision making skills
Hands-on experience with cash register and POS systems
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to read and process orders as they appear on the screen
Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain certification
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks when needed

Job Duties

Cleans, sets up, stocks, and maintains work areas
takes customer orders, inputs orders into order system, obtains payment and provides change
prepares coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, including alcohol during PM shifts
prepares food in a timely manner according to brand standards using a rapid cook/hybrid oven
provides assistance in food and beverage areas including busing, cleaning and resetting tables
performs general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas and other areas within the lobby area
counts bank at end of shift, completes designated cashier reports, resolves any discrepancies, drops off receipts, and secures bank
other duties as assigned by management
