The Food and Beverage Attendant will interact closely with restaurant guests, working to ensure they enjoy their dining experience. The job offers the chance to develop a career within the food and beverage management field, with potential advancement opportunities that include F&B Supervisor, F&B Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Operations, General Manager, and eventually Vice President of Food and Beverage. This clear career trajectory emphasizes Crestline Hotels & Resorts' commitment to employee growth.

Benefits for the position are comprehensive, encompassing medical, vision, and dental insurance to support employee health and well-being. A 401k savings plan ensures retirement planning assistance. Competitive paid time off allows balanced work-life management. Educational assistance encourages continued learning and skill development, and travel discounts provide added perks for employees.
