Job Requirements
- One year or more of serving experience in a restaurant, preferably upscale
- Winery experience preferred
- Wine sales experience preferred including knowledge and ability to present and sell wines and club memberships
- Passion for wine
- Proactive and positive team player
- Availability Wednesday through Sunday preferred with weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as lifting, pouring, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant serving experience, preferably in an upscale environment
- Experience working in a winery setting preferred
- Knowledge and ability to present and sell wines and club memberships
- Passion for wine in day-to-day life
- Proactive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Deliver a remarkable experience from arrival to departure while building rapport with guests to foster brand loyalty
- Elegantly deliver and share information on wine and food options
- Inform guests of promotions, upsell and entice guests to sign up for club membership and purchase wine
- Collaborate with the service and culinary team to maintain a positive, fun and productive environment
