Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working with children or in customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain energetic and enthusiastic during parties
- ability to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently

Job Duties
- plan and oversee all aspects of children’s parties including setup activities and clean-up
- greet guests and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both children and parents
- coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all party details are executed smoothly
- supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities including attractions and games
- maintain a positive and energetic attitude to keep the children excited and engaged throughout the party
- assist parents with party logistics including setup and breakdown of food decorations and other party essentials
- address any special requests or concerns from parents to ensure their needs are met
