We are currently looking to add a Birthday Party Host to the team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with children. As a Birthday Party Host, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing vibrant party events that engage children while providing excellent service to parents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the setup, facilitating games and activities, maintaining a safe environment for kids, and managing party logistics. The role demands a positive and enthusiastic attitude, as you will be the face of the celebration, greeting guests and ensuring that every child's birthday is both fun and stress-free.

This role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience working with children or in customer service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to remain energetic and enthusiastic during parties
ability to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently

Job Duties

plan and oversee all aspects of children’s parties including setup activities and clean-up
greet guests and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both children and parents
coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all party details are executed smoothly
supervise and ensure the safety of children during activities including attractions and games
maintain a positive and energetic attitude to keep the children excited and engaged throughout the party
assist parents with party logistics including setup and breakdown of food decorations and other party essentials
address any special requests or concerns from parents to ensure their needs are met
