This role involves supporting the poultry production team by handling tasks such as collecting blood samples from bird flocks according to a strict schedule and sending these samples to the Poultry Lab for analysis. The position is critical for monitoring the health and wellbeing of the bird flocks, contributing directly to the maintenance of quality control standards. Additionally, the role includes weighing bird flocks as necessary and assisting the Lead Person with various duties to ensure smooth operations within the production environment. The successful candidate will also be expected to perform other tasks assigned by management, highlighting the dynamic and varied nature of the job.

The position requires a responsible individual with a valid Driver's License and the ability to meet company vehicle operation qualifications based on Koch Foods' Fleet Safety policies. Proficiency in reading and writing English is mandatory to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
