Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Capability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient-facing roles

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized records
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and support team initiatives
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain an orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
