Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Capability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer or patient-facing roles

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and support team initiatives

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain an orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
