Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely up to 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Willingness to comply with prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
  • Familiarity with filing systems and record keeping
  • Ability to follow health and safety protocols and wear protective gloves as required

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
