Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- must possess or be able to obtain a valid Bossier ABO card
- must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Certification
- must present a well-groomed appearance
- grasp lift or move goods weighing up to 200 pounds using hand cart or dolly
- place items in overhead coolers weighing more than 15 pounds
- use step ladders or stools safely to remove objects from high places
- kneel down for cleaning and stocking duties
- work in walk-in cooler or freezer for extended periods
- ability to work in smoking and non-smoking environments for 8 hours or more
- stand and walk on hard, slippery, or carpeted surfaces for periods exceeding 8 hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to pass a standard Mixology certification
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of beverages and bar ingredients
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work varying schedules
- valid Bossier ABO card or ability to obtain
- Responsible Vendor Certification or ability to attain
- neat and well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- manage stock levels and replenish supplies as needed
- remove waste and perform general cleaning duties
- serve as Bartender when required by business needs
- complete opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- promote outstanding guest relations and provide excellent customer service
- comply with local and state liquor laws
- work additional hours on short notice to support staffing needs
- ensure regular attendance and adhere to Caesars' uniform standards
- operate Micros point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
