Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 year accounting or related experience
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Strong math skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
- Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Review and reconcile daily billing using company specific software
- Daily data entry and billing of approximately 23 customers, 200 daily flights and 11K daily meals for multiple locations and billing reconciliation
- Ensure all billing files are maintained and up to date
- Prepare invoices for processing
- Assist with miscellaneous finance functions as needed
- Provide vacation coverage for Accounts Payable and E-time functions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
