The role being offered is for bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives based at the Margate, Florida location. This in-person position requires a motivated individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish, able to deliver exceptional customer support via phone, live chat, SMS, and email. Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels
- Strong organizational skills

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to work in person at the Margate, FL location
