The Member Experience Associate (MEA) role at AAA Watsonville is an exciting full-time, onsite position aimed at delivering outstanding service and exceptional value to AAA members across multiple branch locations. A bilingual Spanish-speaking candidate is required for this role, ensuring clear and effective communication with a diverse member base. MEAs play a critical role in providing personalized service by responding to member needs and expectations with genuine care and professionalism. They are directly accountable for achieving individual sales targets, enhancing member satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the branch. This role requires flexibility as MEAs will rotate between branches depending on business needs, adapting to different environments and member demographics. Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, adaptability, and the ability to learn various product lines are crucial for success in this position. The Member Experience Associate must be proficient with a broad portfolio of AAA products and services, employing consultative sales techniques to understand member needs and recommend tailored solutions. Employees receive competitive hourly wages starting between $23.00 to $26.95, and the position includes commissions through an incentive plan. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales
  • Sales experience required
  • Background in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers preferred
  • Must demonstrate adaptability
  • Willingness to travel
  • Flexibility to cover shifts at multiple locations
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required
