Job Requirements
- liquor license certification is mandatory
- food manager certificate required
- availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with extended hours during peak times
- ability to stand for 10-12 hours per day
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capacity to perform physical activities such as walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- must possess specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- 3-4 years restaurant management experience
- 2-4 years high volume bar or restaurant experience
- liquor license certification
- food manager certificate
- ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Job Duties
- Direct and assist store employees to maintain a profitable store environment
- manage costs including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor
- complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
- enforce sanitary practices and ensure compliance with laws
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
- manage and evaluate Assistant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and hourly employees
- provide employee development and feedback
- handle scheduling, planning, and daily operational decisions
- establish security procedures and ensure a safe environment
- respond to customer complaints and ensure an outstanding dining experience
- operate and troubleshoot the POS system
