Job Requirements

  • liquor license certification is mandatory
  • food manager certificate required
  • availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with extended hours during peak times
  • ability to stand for 10-12 hours per day
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • capacity to perform physical activities such as walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
  • must possess specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years restaurant management experience
  • 2-4 years high volume bar or restaurant experience
  • liquor license certification
  • food manager certificate
  • ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Job Duties

  • Direct and assist store employees to maintain a profitable store environment
  • manage costs including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor
  • complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
  • enforce sanitary practices and ensure compliance with laws
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance standards
  • manage and evaluate Assistant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and hourly employees
  • provide employee development and feedback
  • handle scheduling, planning, and daily operational decisions
  • establish security procedures and ensure a safe environment
  • respond to customer complaints and ensure an outstanding dining experience
  • operate and troubleshoot the POS system
