Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
  • Answer high-volume phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and take accurate messages
  • Assist candidates through the application and onboarding process
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized front office environment and manage candidate flow
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
