Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of experience in office administration or receptionist role
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- bilingual in Spanish
- excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel
- bilingual in Spanish
- excellent organizational skills including time management and follow-up
- strong command of word processing with exemplary spelling and grammar
- ability to work on a team
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to exercise excellent judgment in decision-making

Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting all incoming parents, students, and visitors
- maintaining and administering the telephone system by answering and processing all incoming calls efficiently
- maintaining an appealing physical environment including reception area and conference rooms
- assisting in student attendance tracking
- providing support for teachers, staff, students and parents upon request
- filtering and distributing office mail and faxes
- helping manage and facilitate Main Office procedures such as supply requests and copy requests
- implementing standards, policies, and procedures for filing and records maintenance
- managing daily administrative operations including establishing work priorities and resolving day-to-day problems
- creating school monthly calendars
- additional duties as assigned
