Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
  • CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Qualifications

  • Receptionist experience in a health care setting
  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Duties

  • Serve as patients' first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk
  • Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS's patient-centered medical home model
  • Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes
  • Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems
