Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
- CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish

- Receptionist experience in a health care setting
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Job Duties
- Serve as patients' first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk
- Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient
- Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS's patient-centered medical home model
- Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes
- Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems
