Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or clerical experience
  • fluent in Spanish (Punjabi is a strong plus)
  • minimum 40 WPM typing speed with strong attention to detail
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic office environment
  • professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • proficiency with multi-line phone systems and visitor management tools
  • prior experience in bilingual or high-volume front desk
  • familiarity with workforce management, timekeeping, or scheduling systems
  • experience supporting HR onboarding, payroll coordination, or operations teams

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of receptionist, administrative, or clerical experience
  • fluent in Spanish or Punjabi strongly preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
  • strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • prior experience in a bilingual or high-volume front desk role

Job Duties

  • Greet, check in, and assist visitors, vendors, and staff with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
  • provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external contacts
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area
  • schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for office leadership or operations teams
  • perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, emailing, and document preparation
  • process daily time sheets and activity logs
