Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, and clients in a professional manner
  • answer phones and take messages, delivering to the correct recipient
  • maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • perform general administrative duties as needed
  • create and update spreadsheets in Excel
  • assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and job site coordination
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • support project managers and office staff with clerical tasks
  • maintain accurate records of invoices, work orders, and other documents
  • communicate effectively with all stakeholders
