Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and clients in a professional manner
- answer phones and take messages, delivering to the correct recipient
- maintain a clean, organized reception area
- perform general administrative duties as needed
- create and update spreadsheets in Excel
- assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and job site coordination
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
- support project managers and office staff with clerical tasks
- maintain accurate records of invoices, work orders, and other documents
- communicate effectively with all stakeholders
