Job Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Commit to an excellent guest experience - on the phone, email and in the store
  • Possess strong technical aptitude and ability
  • Be punctual with solid time-management skills

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
