Job Duties
- Communicate in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Operate and manage a multi-line phone system to handle incoming calls efficiently
- Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Perform general receptionist duties, including managing inquiries and providing information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
