Job Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in ocean freight, logistics, or customer service
- strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
- intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Review and file shipment documents by vessel
- communicate with customers and out ports via phone and email in English and Spanish
- verify cargo release and regulatory compliance
- coordinate billing, credit, and collections prior to cargo release
- schedule deliveries and inform teams of refrigeration needs
- notify customers of delays or damages
- ensure vessels are closed out on time and prepare G.O. paperwork as needed
