They provide quality, responsive, and professional service for all daily transactions and inquiries, ensuring that each member receives accurate information and assistance regarding products and services. This role requires candidates to be highly member-focused, diligent in maintaining accuracy, and dedicated to continuous improvement. Additionally, the position demands enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic team and sharing a collective vision for success. The Member Service Representative supports GreenState’s service standards by greeting members warmly, assisting with a variety of transactional activities such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, and upholding confidentiality and security protocols.
This role extends beyond transactional duties to building meaningful relationships with members by understanding their financial needs and guiding them to appropriate GreenState products or specialized departments such as Wealth Management and Commercial Services. The Bilingual Member Service Representative also plays a key part in maintaining daily operational functions, including balancing cash drawers, managing vault funds, and ensuring compliance with policies.
A commitment to GreenState’s inclusive and empowering workplace culture is vital, as the credit union places high value on teamwork, member engagement, and community enrichment through active participation in service events. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to represent GreenState positively at every touchpoint. Being bondable and comfortable with cash handling and sales is essential, as is the ability to operate with minimal supervision while using sound judgment.
In summary, GreenState Credit Union’s Bilingual Member Service Representative position offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of a respected financial institution that prioritizes member experience, community impact, and employee growth.
