We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Front Desk Agent to join our team at these El Paso locations. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay of $13.00 and provides excellent benefits including dental, health, and vision insurance. The Front Desk Agent will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, playing a critical role in shaping the first impressions of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients upon arrival, handling phone communications professionally, and managing appointment scheduling efficiently.

This position requires proficiency in office technology and healthcare software, particularly eClinicalWorks, which is vital for documentation, data entry, and managing patient records. The role involves conducting thorough documentation reviews to ensure records are accurate and complete while upholding patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. The agent will also perform medical collection duties as necessary, demonstrating careful attention to detail and maintaining professional interactions with clients.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dental receptionist or related front desk role preferred
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks or similar healthcare software
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite at El Paso West and East Side locations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred
  • Familiarity with ICD-9 coding is a plus
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software particularly eClinicalWorks or similar platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment while ensuring patient satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls inquiries and appointment scheduling with professionalism and courtesy

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and communication within the facility
