We are currently seeking a bilingual professional fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team as an AI Chatbot Trainer. This role involves directly interacting with AI chatbots by engaging in conversations in both languages to assess and improve their communication capabilities. The position can be full-time or part-time and is fully remote, providing the flexibility to choose projects and work schedules that suit individual preferences. Compensation starts at $25 per hour, with additional bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume contributions. The AI Chatbot Trainer will be responsible for creating diverse and novel conversation scripts covering a wide range of topics, writing carefully crafted responses based on given prompts, comparing AI model performances to identify strengths and weaknesses, and conducting thorough research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of chatbot replies.
