Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • fully fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
  • minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • strong typing skills with a minimum of 60 WPM
  • proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
  • experience with administrative tasks in an office environment
  • availability to work full-time in person

Job Qualifications

  • Fully fluent (speaking, writing, & reading) in English and Spanish
  • customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • experience as an administrative assistant in an in-office environment
  • exceptional phone etiquette with friendly demeanor
  • professional verbal and written communication skills
  • typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • self-starter with proven ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation
  • ability to be a team player and work independently
  • medical or legal terminology knowledge a plus
  • organized, reliable work ethic
  • proficient typing skills to navigate various software programs, phone systems, the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls
  • handle potential client intake inquiries from English and Spanish speaking callers
  • assist with Spanish to English translations with clients and callers
  • assist all callers by providing polite and professional assistance via phone, e-mail, or mail
  • promote the advantages of the Carter Mario Brand
  • schedule client meetings
  • prepare correspondence
  • timely data entry and general administrative support
  • assist with front desk coverage as needed
