This role is for a Bilingual In House Marketing Concierge based in Hawaii, working full-time with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The position offers a competitive pay rate of 17 dollars per hour, plus commission and bonuses through a structured compensation plan. Specially tailored for Hawaiian marketing representatives, Hilton Grand Vacations offers a guaranteed incentive of 2,500 dollars per month for up to six months. Bilingual representatives who speak Japanese and English have targeted annual earnings up to 120,000 dollars, with high performers potentially earning beyond this. Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Japanese/English bilingual (speak, read and write)
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Japanese/English bilingual (speak, read and write)
- 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island is advantageous
Job Duties
- Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests and visitors
- Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities
- Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs
