Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephone systems
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties

  • Answer the phone in a timely manner

  • redirect calls to appropriate offices
  • keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • keep an agenda of everyone’s meetings during the week
  • complete procedures when guests arrive and leave
  • copy

  • organize
  • maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • update when necessary
  • monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • receive letters/packages and direct to appropriate personnel
